Our SuperMed® network covers 88 counties in Ohio and three Kentucky counties (Boone, Campbell and Kenton). We also give our members access to a national provider network should you or your covered dependents need care outside of Ohio.
• Local customer service – Most of our employees work and live in Ohio, like most of you. Our Customer Care team handles thousands of calls and emails each day, providing prompt response to your needs and questions.
• Online tools to help you manage your plan – We offer a variety of tools and resources to help you get the most from your health plan benefits. Manage your plan through My Health Plan, our secure members-only website, or through our MedMutual mobile app. You can even access and send a digital copy of your member ID card to your provider - right from your smartphone.
