- 24/7 access to doctors and registered nurses. Through Teladoc, you have access to board-certified doctors anywhere at any time through phone or video chat. New this year, Teladoc will offer virtual visits for dermatology and emotional health support. You also have 24/7 access to Independence register nurse Health Coaches to help with everyday health questions or managing a health condition. Our Mental Health Coaching by Teladoc Health tool can help you better manage life’s daily pressures through 24/7 online access to confidential, self-help tools and resources proven to help people get better and feel better. Mental Health Coaching by Teladoc Health is available by logging in to our member site at ibx.com.
